[Linux] 100% Reproducible Crash / GPU Reset when activating Hydrogen Thruster

Operating System: Kubuntu 26.04 (Ubuntu 26.04 base)
GPU: Sapphire RX 6900 XT (RDNA2, Navi 21)
Driver: Mesa 26.0.8 (RADV), Kernel driver: amdgpu
Proton: [INSERT YOUR PROTON VERSION HERE, e.g. Proton Experimental, Proton GE 9-42, etc.]

Summary:
The game runs stable in general, but crashes with a GPU hang/reset the moment a Hydrogen Thruster is activated. This is 100% reproducible across different savegames and game sessions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch SE2 via Steam (any savegame or new game).
2. Enter a cockpit / control a ship.
3. Activate a Hydrogen Thruster (toggle on).
4. Game freezes and crashes within seconds, or the display goes black followed by a full GPU reset.

Additional Context / Already Tested:
- RADV_DEBUG flags tested: syncshaders, hang, allbos, nohiz, llvm. No effect.
- Graphics settings tested: Low, Medium, High, Ultra. No effect.
- Multiple Proton versions tested. No effect.
- Crash remains 100% reproducible specifically with Hydrogen Thrusters.
- Ion Thrusters and Atmospheric Thrusters do not trigger the crash.

Suspected Cause:
The particle shader / shader compilation for the Hydrogen Thruster appears to trigger a GPU hang or reset under Mesa RADV 26.0.8 on RDNA2 hardware.

Note:
This behavior matches the known AMD driver investigation mentioned in Hotfix 2.4.0.95. However, the issue appears to be specifically triggered by the Hydrogen Thruster particle effects rather than a general driver instability.

Thank you for investigating this issue!
