I am stuck, cannot pick up quest because of misplaced base

I needed to fly to the other side a of the planet because the game says there is my next contract. I can see a building there and coordinates but they are inside the mountain. You cannot dig here, cant do anything. What know???
I guess the base was not supposed to spawn inside a mountain? Or am I missing something?
I have the same bug
