Mission "Stationupgrade - Longrange-Communication" can't be completet

The mission to get get sector "Oblivara Station" to status colonized get stuck after completet the building of everything for the mission and try to transfer everything.
I aborted the mission several times, but i get everytime the same bug, not to be able to claim the reward and finish the mission.
I have the same bug
