Game Crash

Hi
Please can you help me out, I have played SE2 for 320 hours with out much problems but the other day it has stopped loading up when I try to play it now. Every time I start the game I can get as fare as the continue game screen, I click on my save and then the game will just crash, I have tried starting a new game and it still does the same thing.
I have attached a video recording of what happens and me looking at the event log as well.
I hope this info will help you fix this.
