Contract - Deliver Large Construction Components, Vallis Reach (v2.3.0.2798 Release Alpha)

The deliverables requirement for this Contract includes 200 Metal Grids, though only 150 of them are removed upon Contract completion. This is inconsistent with other delivery Contracts.
