[BUG] 2.3.0.2798 - Super Dampener option is stuck on OFF but its ON

Hi Keen Team!
While testing in the world named Survival, the one having the Tutorial, I have noticed that I can't change the Super Dampener option, it shows that it is OFF and I can't set it ON.
BUT
It seems to be ON because my ships stop very very very fast in the world.
Nothing happens when I set ON, the "Save settings" button is not available when I select ON.
I have tested survival and creative modes to no avail, it is stuck in the Off position :
