Vanished Hitboxes

i ran into the "Unknown Signal" very "close" to Valation Station. A Ship with automatic turret.
After deactivating it i didnt want to waste material for my new station so i took the whole ship with me (magnetic lock). Now that i am dismanteling it i found an interesting bug as you can spot in the video.
The Blocks seem to be ghost blocks until you cut off the grid attached neighbours. Doesnt show in the video but the hitboxes have been somewhere else. I flew against something that blocked my way so i just guessed that they are what i flew against.
