mission stuck: station upgrade orbital surveillance network

Hi all,
I have finished building the 3 surveillance satellites, i went to the point to transfer the ownership and the message disappeared but the mission doe not say to return to the contact station to finish the mission.
Just a marker to the same point with nothing else.
I have the same bug
