Colonisation delivery progress not recognised after loading game far away from delivery point

VS2.3, Survival, Pallatine Station, Deliver "250 Wire, 250 Hard Drive, 500 Motherboard".
Accepted contract at Pallatine, deposited 250 Wire at Pallatine. Ran out of gold. Fast traveled to Vallation because gold was previously found in asteroid and GPS marked. Mined gold and fabricated Motherboard at mining site. Saved game, exited game, PC turned off and went to sleep.
Loaded game after sleep. Delivery progress of 250 wire showing 0%. Not yet travel to Pallatine to verify the wires are still in the Delivery Cargo Container or not.
