Dropdown selection stay on top layer when changing pages in k menu

Version 2.3.0.2798
Dropdown selection box stays open in foreground when browsing away from the page where the dropdown is selected.
Replication:
Enter k menu
Control panel
Click on battery
Click focus away from the battery (click anywhere on screen).
Click dropdown.
Use arrow keys to browse menus.
Dropdown will stay open on top.
Expect the dropdown would be closed and the option that was previously set to remain.
