Freefall hand/tool animation not reset when stopping falling

Hello Keen,
Version 2.3.0.2798
When freefalling the hand and tool changes position to indicate that the engineer is falling. However, if you stop free fall before touching the ground the free falling hand and tool animation continues raised up.
To replicate hover in the air, double tap x.
The freefall animation will continue even when the jet pack is on and there is no falling.
Video attached shows the issue.
