Control panel search causes grouping issues

Version 2.3.0.2798
When having a lot of grids/sub grids connected with a range of groups, using the search bar causes grouping to become a bit confused. The arrows that indicate and allow for group expanding and collapsing start to appear in odd places and overlap.
The search also seems to show grids that do not have results associated with the search which also have an odd behaviour.
Videos attached show several of the issues. The videos are a few seconds apart, I required to cut them to get down to size to attach.
