Piston Movement glitches when power cycling

I built this drill on an ateroid to farm iron and noticed the piston srats glitching i only found this behavior when turning it off and on again and the piston just does its own thing after turning it off and i needed several saves and retrys to get the settings while its off right so it doesnt explode my machine like in the video i hope this helps in finding this bug but i sadly cant say what exactly the issue is but it seems like the speed slider might have some issues i would love to give you the save file but i didnt find an export option so i uploaded it to the steam workshop if testing becomes necessary this is the file: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3771997821
