Iron 0 stack remains in inventory after double clicking to sell full stack

I just experienced an issue where I sold an entire stack of iron to the vendor on vallation station and a small amount remained in my inventory. It rounded to 0 amount, and what was left of the iron could not be sold.
Screenshots show what I was left with after I double clicked on the full stack to sell to the vendor (~4.3k Iron) and what appears when I attempt to sell it.
When I click sell, nothing happens and I still have a 0 stack of iron. If I drop it, it is 0 iron and I can pick it up again.
Seems like floats used in the calculations for the vendor has left me such a tiny amount it is not able to be used.
