Beeing able to move first person view angle while in third person in cockpit

When I am in first person mode in the cockpit of my parked vehicle and then switch to third person view and move my mouse and then switch to first person again, the viewing angle has changed. This should not happen, the viewing angle should be the same as befor entering third person mode.
I have the same bug
