Floating NPC Outposts Like Pandora from Avatar :)

Sometimes around the world you can come across respawn buildings / NPC outposts sitting on floating rocks like this. A little more and the rock will fly off into the sky :) Just like on Pandora from the movie Avatar.
I have the same bug
