Item transfer hotkeys false flagging full inventory

If you have less than 100 of a component, regardless of weight and you use a hotkey to bring it to your inventory, the game flags it as having a full inventory when you don't. This is just minor and fixes itself after altering the character's inventory in any way.
Below is when Dragging to character inventory and holding ctrl to move 100
