Hydrogen Facility advancement quest not completing unless undocked

I have just completed the Hydrogen Facility advancement quest for Vallis Reach. While building the facility, I docked my ship at the connector. When I finished all build specs, the quest remained white and not completing even though all specs were met. Only when I undocked did the mission complete.
I would recommend either ignoring the docking state of the facility's connector or add a notice to the quest to make sure the ship is not docked with the facility when completing the build portion of the quest.
