Hotbar setting changing on game reload

Odd thing that''s been happening since the last hotfix (or so). I have the group atmospheric thrusters on/off in hotbar slot 1, and I have hydrogen thrusters on/off in slot 2. The last 3 times I've loaded the game, I suddenly have hydrogen thrusters on/off in both slot 1 and 2. I change it back and some time later after saving and exiting next time I load the savegame, it's back to hydrogen thrusters on/off on slot 1 and 2.
