Mouse Scroll wheel

So, blueprint and partial copy both use mouse wheel for sizing boxes.
mouse wheel is also used to navigate the action bar.
blueprints do not allow a second blueprint to be created, instead it was defaulting to the previous blueprint copy on new attempts.
I have the same bug
