No Steering Wheels

I have a wheel setup with 4 wheel axles. One axle is attached to the cockpit grid. The other 3 axles are connected via a rotors (see image). None of the wheels have a steering input (A/D). Not even the ones attached to the cockpit grid. I expected the four front wheels, to react to A/D.
Additionally, only the wheels attached to the cockpit grid have forward / backward movement (W/S). I expected that and wanted to drive the other wheels via an event controller triggered by Forward/Backward inputs. But a Set Drive Override is missing from the available actions.
Having Steering and Drive Override actions would help in this situation.
