Fall through planet while drilling

main issue, falling into the ground - was while drilling gold deposit not far from the FTUE trade thing, drilling and fell through the ground somehow, kept falling, got to 29000 odd kms and still going. I realised Jetpack can work (underground / in ground) but 70km/h to travel back 29000kms .. so respawned and found my dropped backpack was still falling under me 30000km and moving.
Secondary issue, I could not see how to teleport using spectator or other options, these seemed to be non functioning, they might have helped me recover my character
