Voxel Clipping without mining

Its a reoccurring bug for me to phase/clip trough tunnels, or little step and phase into the stone below ground
happend to me without using the dril actively, only going up the tunnel with the jetpack
happend to me in v2.2, also in 2.3
current version: 2.3.02780
what would i do to reproduce: dig straight down tunnel, (not fully perfect down, do it with slight side variataion), and when fully down, try to flight up.
happend to me also without flying, when just walking inside a tight mine, with a slight up slope, and without a lot of headroom
