GPS Marker does not stay where I put it

I have placed GPS markers several times that move after save-logout-login.
Attached Screenshot, I built a base, put a GPS on it, verified that the GPS was exactly next to the Antenna, played for a few DAYS.. left the sector to visit Kemik, came back and the Newland base GPS marker is 7000 km off mark. This has happened with other points in space, and several points on Verdure.. ??
