[BUG Report] 2.2.0.2116 Color Editor not working properly in control panel UI

As shown in the clip, click on the color box which expands the rectangle box around it to make space for the color picker, after that pick your desired color, however, notice how clicking outside of the rectangle box doesn't close the color picker, only when clicking on the color box closes the color picker, this also includes the fact that the rectangle box surrounding both the color picker and the color box remains "wide" and doesn't shrink back to its initial state.
