Bug: The lack of texture of the scatters before they are destroyed

Hello, dear developers!

Since the beginning of VS2, I've noticed that all the rocks and trees (in general, all scatters) on all the planets initially have no texture. This has always been the case, even after the VS2.2 update. But if I break, for example, a stone, then it immediately has a texture. And if I break a tree, then i and all the neighboring trees (approximately within a radius of 100 meters) will also have a texture. But it is in a certain radius, and not all trees of the same type will acquire textures. That's why I'm interested: is this an alpha version bug or is it a bug on my device?
