Mouse not selecting sectors in map correctly

Version v2.2.0.2113.
While traveling to a contract in the Verdure sector, I tried to move my mouse over different sectors to view their names. However, when I did that, the mouse was not selecting the sector directly under it. Instead, the selector appears to be wandering all over the place as I move the mouse around. See the attached video.
When I tried clicking on the map, a different sector that is not under the mouse is selected, and ores for that sector are displayed. For example, when I clicked on Oblivara Sector, the mouse actually selected Nadirae Sector and displayed the list of ores found in that sector.
