ship caught into locking field

i can only guess that this started when i made this monstrocity of a ship.... but i turned auto lock on one of the landing gear so that i could nudge it towards a platform when building it so it would not float away on me. but now anytime i geat near a spot where i wanna move in slowly i will ocasionally get this.... heres a youtube link of what happens. https://youtu.be/MUN2PS6Z6Uw
