Game crashes on Fast Travel to KEMIK

Fast Travel from VALLATION to KEMIK, the game crashes
Fast Travel from OBLIVARA to KEMIK, the game crashes
Fast Travel from HELIONOS to KEMIK, the game crashes
Once at OBLIVARA, can't Teleport to any other location besides KEMIK, but also to OBLIVARA - note while at OBLIVARA the Fast Travel button is enabled, implying Fast Travel is possible from/to OBLIVARA - clicking appears to do nothing
I have the same bug
