Piston and interior wall flat half 2.5

I've been experimenting with pistons as elevators, sometimes the pistons bug and completetly fail, specially when you place blocks flat againts each other. For the most part it works but when I use the interior wall flat half either for the elevator platform or as an adjecent wall, it often bugs, it seems like this item is not exactly 2.5 mts, my guess is that there are some pixels overlapping.
