Arrow-Keys don't work for Keybinding

Even in the latest version (Hotfix 2.2.0.1977), remapping the arrow keys doesn't work correctly.
After remapping them for movement (essential for left-handed players), the character only looks in the direction the arrow points (up, left, right, down), similar to mouse movement.
As you can see in the screenshot, the key mapping was configured correctly.
May someone can check and confirm?
