Trade terminal Balance mis-match

When first visiting the Trade Terminal at Vallation Station in 2.2 the first window says I have a starting balance of 10000. However, when I attempt to purchase something the purchase window says I have a 0 balance.
This was on first arrival, so the 0 may be correct, but the initial window shouldn't show a balance of 10000.
