Performance issues

I imagine you are aware of this but just in case you are not, I just started planetary survival. I get under 60 fps (around 50) regardless of settings (all presets get the exact same performance).
Specs:
r5 5700x3d
rx9070xt
32gb ram 3600mhz
same performance on Windows and Linux
am I missing something, I believe these should be adequate
