Thrusters stop, ship slowly drift and rotate

It happened the first time flying inside a cavern. After a small collision the ship stopped responding to commands and started rotating slowly. I then realoaded the save, but it happened again as soon as I tried to move the ship. I then reloaded the game, but same thing happened. I then loaded a previous save game (about 40 mins before the bug) and it went ok for a while, I avoided flying in tight spaces, but then out of nowhere the bug returns.
Now I can't play on that save because ship will not respond.
I can't manage to attach the save file (I don't know exactly what to do, I receive the message "incorrect file type"
