New Large Container Problem

I've already had 1 bug with the large containers where they wouldn't connect directly to each other. This time, it won't connect by conveyors. I've rebuilt it 4 times, rebuilt the conveyors, no joy.
I made a video posted below, where I put a medium container and it connects to everything, then I replace that again with the large container, and nothing...
Any ideas/help would be appreciated.
