* PCU Limited Reached BUG * game over - GG!

I know where in Alpha release, but I just ran out of PCU and it tells me I should consider deleting grids... The ship I am projecting building is just a projection at the moment and not very large. I do have a base in 4 sectors, each with a small large grid ship.

The game cleans up/removes ore deposits regularly, but doesn't seem to ever remove floating blocks, power cells, unpowered grids, etc. They float around forever, even rotating through the cosmos.

I consider this a bug because each sector should hold its own PCU count, the game never cleans up blocks floating through space unless it happens to be an unknown signal and even then, sometimes the debris remains.

Again, I consider this a bug because I can no longer play the game. The world is vast with all of these sectors, so the same PCU rules used in SE1 will not work in SE2. SE1 optimizes the PCU on grids when the game is reloaded. I have not tested this in SE2, but this obsoletely is a game killer, GG, game over. It is vital it be solved ASAP as players will stop playing if they are limited to having a single grid that they take with them as they journey around the cosmos. As a reminder, many artists/gamers stopped playing SE1 when they hit the PCU limit and their capital/battle/star ship turned into a ghost ship. Even though the blueprints can easily be modified to work again, no built in too exists to repair the blueprints (removing the last portion of blocks added to it).
