7.5m Cargo Container Wont Transfer Hydrogen or Items On One Side

The side of the 7.5m cargo container with the text "REV 07-XW 7010" and "A2 AIRSTAGE ..." doesn't transfer hydrogen or items through anything attached to the conveyor. You are able to access the inventory by directly interacting with the conveyor port, however anything connected wont transfer items or hydrogen. Additionally even if there is a direct connection you can't access the inventory of the cargo container though whatever is connected to that conveyor port.
