Contract bug - Repair Uranium plant and mine uranium for reactor

On the way to this contract an unknown signal appeared. As I got close to it a Communications Station appeared. I have not seen this before in 100 hours of game play except for in the final sector 3 contract.
I repaired the batteries and then the conveyor lines. The contract never asked me to mine uranium nor put any into the reactor as the contract stated. The contract completed once the conveyor lines were completed. I see others have reported that the contract completes when the conveyors are repaired even if you don't repair the batteries. I wonder if the next object would be to mine uranium and fill the reactor, but the contract is completing too early once the conveyor lines have been repaired.
