Progression percentage differs between in-game tooltip and contract block overview

I just completed all contracts in the Verdure Sector (the first sector you colonize).
The in game colonisation tooltip (on the left of the screen) shows a different colonisation percentage, compared to what is shown on the contract block's overview
(game HUD says 7% but contract block says 6% with Verdure completed)
I have the same bug
