Help with Progression

To Whom it Concerns,
After I've completed the Manufacturing Mission Markers, I returned to Validation Station and selected Complete. The Contract appears to complete however No Other Progression is triggered. Please assist me with how I get teh game to progress to the next Progression Steps.
