7% progression

I am stuck at 7% progression in the survival scenario. Not sure what to do from here. The very first "fix ship" goal popped back up and I have no way to clear it after completing many of the space contracts.
I'm on PC and installed from Steam. Only about 9 hours play time so far but love what I see.
