Game not starting any more

Today I tried to launch SE2 after the VS2 update and it doesn't launch any more. No error message or similar. Simply not starting the game.
I played last time a few month ago and it was running fine.
Verifying and repairing files has no effect. Deleting savegame and AppData files has no effect.
I have the same bug
