game "input" froze while welding, log attached

My game froze while I was welding at a Debris POI. At first it was a total freeze, with a static screen (I can't remember for certain if audio froze) but after a few seconds welding sounds and sparking animations resumed, but keypresses / mouseclicks / mouse movement didn't do anything. I ended up stopping the game with the stop button in Steam as I couldn't get to the escape menu.
I'm not certain the normal crash logging stuff actually ran so I'll include my logs here
