Unable to complete the Engineering Manufacturing Facility mission

Hello,
I am currently in survival mode and I am stuck on the “Engineering Manufacturing Facility” mission, in which I have to manufacture 12 Heavy-Durty Plates.
I manufactured the 12, put them in my inventory as requested, and it says “Completed.”
Except that the mission remains the same, but without asking for anything else.
I have the same bug
