Reactor description not wrapping before scrollbar

I haven't looked through every block to check this, but the text for the reactor doesn't appear to be wrapping before the scrollbar is reached. There also appears to be an extra line between the two sections, but this might also be due to the wrapping glitch.
After a quick glance through the components, these are the ones that are either right up next to the scrollbar or have text appearing under it. (Trying to identify a list of blocks to double-check after adjusting the text wrapping logic.)
- Cargo Container 1.5m - components appears right up against the scrollbar
- Smelter 2.5m - last l of all is under scrollbar
- Survival Kit 2.5m - powered is right up against the scrollbar
- Covered Wall Half 1.25m - s in Engineers mostly under scrollbar
- Grinder (No Functionality) 3.5m - them appears right up against the scrollbar
- Drill 3.5m - and appears right up next to scrollbar
- Light Armor 0.5m, all blocks - h in Much is partially under scrollbar
I have the same bug
