Language Change Not Reflected in Pause Menu Initially

When you change the language in GUI settings, the language is not changed in the pause menu until you close and reopen the pause menu.
How to reproduce:
1. Launch game and load any world up.
2. Open the pause menu and then navigate to the settings screen.
3. Under the GUI tab, change the language, then exit the settings screen.
4. You should now notice that the language on the pause menu has not been updated.
5. Exit the pause menu by pressing escape or the continue button.
6. Open the pause menu again, you should see that the language on that menu is updated.
