After an hours playing , blocks start to appear damaged/ distorted

Hi started building a palette of useful blocks in .50cm and .025cm grid sizes for use in future builds and after about an hours play the previously built blocks started to appear damaged/ distorted as if there was collision damage although there was no collisions in the game, have attached pics/ log file
I have the same bug
