Toolbar Number colour clash

The numbers on the toolbar do not have enough contrast to the image icons.
The 7 and 9 on the 1st default toolbar are not clear.
5 on the 2nd toolbar. 6 on the 3rd. 1(bad) and 7 on the 4th
This may be worse with other blocks or blueprints on custom toolbars when the image icon is large and bright and appears under the number.
