When disconnecting Mouse and Reconecting mouse, cursor icon is stuck on screen

Notice when windows disconnect and connect happens this issue happens.
This was found when using a kvm to switch between computers.
Steps to reproduce.
- Launch Game
- Enter world
- Disconnect keyboard and mouse
- Reconnect Keyboard and Mouse
- Notice that mouse cursor icon is present.
- Entering menus and going to main menu does not reset it's capture
- Restart game in order to fix issue.
Acceptance requirements.
When a player disconnects mouse and keyboard and reconnects them back to the game, the game should recapture the mouse cursor when in 1st or 3rd view mode. If player is in menus then capture should happen when leaving menu.
