Structure collition issue

Just after the start, I found myself on the red ship and I moved toward the blu one to divide the blu ship with a crash.
I did it, and I found myself in space just after the collition.
Trying to get back to the remains of the ships, I found out that there was no more structure collition.
I was able to pass throught the ships walls and structures
I restarted the game after and no longer had the issue
